MAFA Bagboy Hygien Gen. II
The Bagboy Hygiene Gen. II has a smart workflow where the operator does not have to worry about dusting – thanks to a nested system. For applications where completely dust-free emptying is required, such as the food and pharmaceutical industries, e.g. when handling toxic preparations.
The big bag emptier empties the entire bag contents by strut stretching, bag vibration and possibly bag kneading. The emptier also has functionality that evacuates the air and makes the empty bag easy and dust-free to handle. The clamping unit is available as both manual and pneumatic.

The Bagboy Oneway & Universal for emptying big bags is available in several basic variants with a large selection of accessories. Bagboy Oneway is a big bag emptyer for big bags and Bagboy Universal is a big bag emptier suitable for all bag types. The big bag handlers are equipped with two knives that cut open the bottom of the bags. The octagonal emptying bowl is designed with optimal inclination for emptying.
More accessories such as, big bag hooks, vibrators, weighing systems etc. are also available.

MAFA Bagboy Hatch
Bagboy Hatch is a bag emptier adapted for bags with an emptying nozzle. The big bag handler can be equipped with an iris damper, which allows the bag to be removed from the emptier even half full, and the size of the door and tube is adapted to the bag so that it is tight enough to prevent dusting.

Bagmaster JR I
The Bagmaster JR I works hygienically and dust-free thanks to the closed filling system. A double-jacketed clamp cone with pneumatic control seals against the inlet of the bag for a dust-free filling. In addition to a connection for sack inflation, the clamp cone also has a channel for dust evacuation. The clamp cone is equipped with a damper that prevents material dust from leaking out when the clamp cone is in its upper position.
The big bag filler can be easily integrated into existing systems thanks to its modular design.
Weighing can be done either by weighing container (net weighing), or by weighing the bag (gross weighing). When net weighing, the capacity is about 30 bags/and when gross weighing, about 20 bags/hour.
The big bag filler can be delivered in different models, from simple basic models to more advanced systems with adapted accessories.
The sack filler is available in normal steel, stainless steel, ATEX-classified filling system, food grade etc.

Bagmaster TF III
The Bagmaster TF III is a machine with great customization options designed for a good and ergonomically correct working environment.
A big bag filler for 1-, 2- and 4-loop bags that meets most needs. The sack filler can be adapted to cope with fluidized materials and materials with other difficult properties.
If the sack height allows, no operator platform is required, which means that sack fillers require a small area. The closed filling system provides a dust-free environment for the operator.
The big bag filler can be supplied in different models, from simple basic models to more advanced systems.
Accessories such as manual bag clamp, expander bellows, filter system, dosing damper, gross weighing, net weighing, lift table, vibrator plate and vibrator table are available.
The sack filler is available in normal steel, stainless steel, ATEX-classified filling system, food grade etc.

Granule containers
The MAFA Granulate Container is primarily intended for filling small bags and is therefore equipped with a grid to place the bag on.
The container has a damper at the bottom and is stackable. By stacking two containers on top of each other and allowing the material to flow from the top to the bottom of the container, double the volume can be obtained.
As standard, the container is equipped with sight glasses in both sides, lids, suction outlets and fork pockets on the end side.
The container is normally supplied in blue colour but can also be supplied in other colours.

Big bag Stand

We offer big bag stands for easy and smooth handling of big bags. The stands are rustic and durable in their construction for a long service life.
MAFA Big bag stand with push damper and wheels, for easy and smooth handling of big bags. The frame has a capacity of 1000 kg and is made of hot-dip galvanized steel profiles and aluzinc sheet. To cut open the bottom of the sacks, the stand is equipped with a sack knife.
The stand is delivered as a kit and is assembled on site, a solution that enables low shipping costs and lower climate impact.
