MAFA Electrical Control

Equip your silo with alarm indication and electrical control. Our standard cabinets are equipped with connections for various alarms, including alarm sirens and alarm lights. We also offer custom cabinets tailored to the customer’s specific functional requirements.

 

 

Standard Cabinet

MAFA’s standard electrical control cabinets are equipped with connections for various alarms, lights, and alarm sirens. The PLC includes multiple alarm functions, including an alarm feature (Operational Control) that monitors if the screw receives a start signal within a specified time. This function can be used, for example, to monitor the level sensor and ensure continuous material flow.

An external 24VDC light, reading display (not included in EL10T), and cabling are included.

Remote Control

For wireless electrical control of your silo system, a remote control and receiver can be chosen instead of a control cabinet. We offer receivers with five or eleven relay functions and a handheld transmitter.

Monitoring System

For an extra-strong indication when a sensor is activated, the MAFA Electrical Box with flashing light and siren can be connected to the level sensor.

At MAX level, the function is activated when the level sensor detects material and continues until the sensor is no longer affected.

At MIN level, the function is activated when the level sensor detects no material and continues until the sensor detects material again.
