Customer number
A customer number is always established in our business system before purchase where the following is noted:
Customer / Company name
Invoice / delivery address
Organization number / VAT-number
Reference persons
Phone no. & Email address
We see it as a great advantage if both order confirmation and invoices can be sent via e-mail.

Delivery terms
MAFA applies NL09 and NLM10 for trade within the Nordic region. Other countries Orgalime 2000.
Delivery time by agreement.
Factory assembled silos are normally delivered 5 – 7 weeks after a technically clarified order, from our production facility in Ängelholm.
Stocked accessories and spare parts are normally sent immediately from our warehouse in Ängelholm.
It is also possible to pick up the goods in our warehouse by agreement. Pick-up orders are invoiced no later than 1 week after the agreed pick-up date.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be added.
Assembled silos are delivered with a crane truck that also takes care of raising and bolting the silo. If you pick up your own silo from us, a loading fee will be added.
Other goods are distributed with the distributors on the market.
If the buyer has his own shipping customer number, this must be stated at the customer number structure or at the time of ordering.

Transport damage
Should your ordered product be damaged at the time of unloading, this must be reported immediately to the distributor / driver, who will then draw up a claim.

Returns
Before returning goods, always contact the responsible seller at MAFA who approves the return and establishes a return number.
Returned goods must be complete and clean and marked with the received return number in their original packaging.
Special or customized products have no right of return.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Payment terms
Invoice 30 days against credit information, alternatively advance payment or other agreement.
We reserve the right to demand the required payment securities, if we find that this is required.

Prices
Prices in correspondence, quotes, order confirmation and invoices, are stated excl. VAT and excl. Shipping. Reservation for price changes and typos.

Products and Warranty
We reserve the right to make changes in product design and product range etc without prior notice.
MAFA’s factory-fitted UNIK silo has a 10-year guarantee against rusting.
