MAFA offers scales for easy and convenient weighing. We have equipment for weighing small bags, animals, feed and weighing mixers for combined weighing and mixing.
Small bag scales
Quick and easy small bag weighing with Alpha C. The weighing container holds about 30 kg and is suspended from three wave cells.
Feeding is done with a frequency-controlled screw or conveyor belt. Maximum accuracy is achieved thanks to a fine dosing mode at the end of the weigh-in when the speed is reduced.
The bag is released by pressing the foot pedal and with another push the next bag is attached. At the same time, the weighing of a new batch begins.
A weld sealer can be supplied as an accessory. If the equipment is equipped with a welding seal, the operator swings the filled bag out to the welding position and performs the sealing.

Feed Scales
MAFA PLC-Dos Feed Scale. The scale is made of stainless steel and holds 100 litres. The dosing system is PLC-controlled and designed for weighing two components in two recipes.
The feed scale is equipped with several programs in the basic version, as well as a number of expansion programs for further acidification.
The basic design includes control of e.g. screws, dampers, mixers, grinders, coarse/fine dosing, power control, recipe control, alarm function and statistics of weighed components and finished feed for the last seven days day by day.
Expansion programs and scales can be connected to the same controller.
A complete electrical cabinet with fuses and motor protection, motors, emergency and main switches is included in the basic version.
