Horizontal Mixer
MAFA supplies mixers for agriculture and industry. With us you will find our own SKB mixer for any horizontal mixer as well as horizontal mixer from Euromilling.
MAFA SKB Industry Mixer
Our SKB augers are specially designed for efficient and fast mixing. The auger is equipped with two heavy-duty horizontal auger and has a robust construction. The horizontal augers rotate in the opposite direction, which provides a very homogeneous and fast mixing of all materials.
All our electric motors have overheating protection.

Our industrial mixers from Euromilling are specially designed for mixing powders and granules as well as adding liquids, such as animal fat, molasses and similar products.
EUROmilling is a specialist in grinding equipment for the processing of feed, biomass and advanced industrial materials. They have solid experience in developing innovative solutions that meet the customer’s needs.
The industrial mixers are equipped with a horizontally mounted double screw, suspended from strong ball bearings. MAFA also has horizontal mixers with pre- and sub-containers. Depending on the task, either the dispenser or the mixer is mounted on the wave cells.

Diagonal Mixer
Choose our own free-standing diagonal mixer MAFA Diagonal Mixer D2 for efficient mixing of different raw materials into an absolutely homogeneous mixture.
MAFA Diagonal Mixer D2
The MAFA Diagonal Mixer D2 is an efficient mixer that can mix different raw materials into an absolutely homogeneous mix. It is made of heavy-duty aluzinc sheet and constructed with a minimal proportion of internal screws for best function and easy cleaning. Drive is by a direct-switched, low-speed 4 kW worm gear motor with overheating protection.
The vibration-free operation makes the mixer very suitable for placing on wave cells. The electronic weighing system, in which the raw material intake is controlled by the load on the wave cells, provides an optimized mixing.
The mixer can be equipped with pre- and post-containers for faster batch changes so that grinding can take place continuously.
All MAFA engines have overheat protection.

Vertical Mixer
Our freestanding vertical screw faucets are efficient and robust. With us you will find faucets from Euromilling and Smits Agro.
MAFA supplies cone mixers from Euromilling. EUROmilling is a specialist in grinding equipment for the processing of feed, biomass and advanced industrial materials. They have solid experience in developing innovative solutions that meet the customer’s needs.
The mixing process in the industrial mixer is carried out according to the “free mixing” method, which ensures optimal mixing even with varying product quantities. The mixing time depends on the nature and characteristics of the product.
It is possible to take a product sample using the installed sample socket. This sample can be taken while the mixer is in operation. Once the correct homogeneity has been achieved, the mixer is emptied from below while it is in operation.
The cone mixer is made of stainless steel and is available in several different sizes with a gross volume of 550 – 8,000 litres.

Batch wave mixer from Smits Argro
Our batch wave mixers from Smits Agro are suitable for mixing and weighing smaller batches. The mixers are available in three models depending on capacity requirements.
The batch wave mixers are made of stainless steel and are delivered mounted in a stand. They are equipped with an upper weighing container, stirrer, sight glass and a lower container. Between the lower and upper containers there is a pneumatic damper.

Vertical Silo Mixer
Our vertical mixing silo is a modular silo with a specially developed mixing system.
The silo has a smooth, edgeless internal construction made of hot-dip galvanised sheet steel. The cone is specially designed for high material flow to the outlet.
Our vertical mixing silo is a further development of CLEANSILO Indoors.
The silo is supplied as standard with a reinforced cover with fasteners and hatches, as well as safety grilles for inspection or service of screws.

Mixer for Industry
Typ HM-830 – HM-3300
This type of industrial mixer is particularly suitable for mixing powders and granules, as well as for adding liquids such as animal fat, molasses and similar materials up to 10% of the mixture.
The auger is equipped with a horizontally mounted double auger, suspended from strong ball bearings.
During mixing, the material is transported by the outer spiral towards the outlet and by the inner spiral in the opposite direction, resulting in a very homogeneous mixture.
